Summary
In Chapter 1, Alisa Ortega, a lawyer, told Avery Kylie Grambs, that they needed to talk about Avery’s 18th birthday party and setting up a trust fund. Avery insisted that she did not want a party. She did not respond to the trust fund issue. Avery was set to inherit Tobias Hawthorne’s fortune, worth billions of dollars, in just a few weeks.
