Summary

"The Arrest" takes place outside a police station in San Salvador where a dozen young men are under arrest for allegedly extorting money from people. A woman cries and pleads with the officers on behalf of her loved one. The arrest is a reflection of a Salvadoran law that allows law enforcement to arrest anyone who looks suspicious to them. This is an example of how the violence in El Salvador is escalating on both sides of the law.
