Summary

Chapter 61 opens with Lucy and Libby meeting face-to-face for the first time. Libby still has some of the physical traits she had as a baby, but she has matured into womanhood. Lucy "has to resist the urge" to fold Libby into a hug (306). Miller follows Libby inside, and Libby introduces him as her friend. Lucy introduces them to Marco and Stella. Marco runs to Libby and embraces her, and Stella does the same. Lucy stands there, crying, watching her three babies together at last.

Henry regains control of the narrative in Chapter 62. He starts by promising Serenity that he is not totally heartless.
