Summary

In Chapter 12, Claire and Mark were surprised to wake to the sound of Evan practicing hitting in the garage, something he had not done since his injury. Claire feared that Evan would be disappointed and angry when he learned that he could not play like he once did. Mark criticized her negativity. He told her that he wanted his children back. Claire told him that they were not coming back because they had grown up and had terrible things happen to them.

After the night that Meredith told Evan there was no dog, Claire noticed that Meredith walked around the house like she was not really there. Dr. Moon insisted that Meredith was still processing what happened to her and that they had to be patient.
