Summary

Rhys and Vivi head back to Rhys’ place in Chapter 30. Rhys jokes about Piper’s ominous words. Vivi feels depressed. After crying a little, she decides to walk back alone to Aunt Elaine’s.

At Aunt Elaine’s Vivi admits to Gwyn that she loves Rhys. They hug. Gwyn says that she is having trouble with her girlfriend, Jane.

In Chapter 31, Rhys’ brother Bowen video calls him. Rhys explains that he feels like Vivi does not trust him. Bowen says that Rhys’ constant jokes give the impression that he takes nothing seriously. He advises Rhys to tell Vivi how he feels.

Rhys shows up at Aunt Elaine’s to tell Vivi he loves her. Aunt Elaine explains that Vivi is at her own apartment. She is spending the day preparing for the magic she must do that night.
