Summary

Delaney receives an interesting message from Gabriel Chu, inviting her to meet him at the Aviary the next morning. She delays her visit to PrefCom and follows Gabriel’s instructions. On the way to the Aviary, Delaney also sees Wes with a bunch of colleagues. He has changed his style of dress and is wearing the form-fitting Lycra clothing typical of the other workers. Delaney is surprised and dismayed to see how happy he looks.

Delaney arrives at the Aviary to meet Gabriel. He is insistent that they talk alone and asks her suddenly why she is working at the Every. Delaney panics and fears “he knew all her plans.
