A Triangle Summary
Alpha's girlfriend (the "she-wolf") is Elizabeth Heywood, who has also been to Matthew's house on the Vineyard. Elizabeth is a former child actor, popular, and a floater -she doesn't fit in with just one group. Frankie begins eating lunch with Matthew at the senior table.
Frankie also learns although that Matthew welcomes people into his own world, he doesn't enter anyone else's. He rarely goes to Frankie's dorm room, for example. Frankie also notices that Matthew begins ditching her to hang out with Alpha instead, who Frankie theorizes is marking his territory. Yet nevertheless she accepts this, and enjoys hanging out around all the guys as well.
