A Young Hooligan before the Court of Judge Fang Summary
In the courtroom of Judge Fang, one of the judge's assistants reviews the security video of the attack on Hackworth. The video shows a few boys riding high-tech bicycles and attacking a yet unidentified victim who ends up covered in blood. The cameras are soon disabled by the boys. Yet some mites managed to track one of them down. The accused boy is sitting in the courtroom. The police recovered all the stolen objects shown in the video, except what looks like a book. The judge asks to take a look at the hat that was recovered and notices that the name of Hackworth is printed inside it.
