Summary
As Chapter 4 continues, Blow writes, “I am not advocating for Black nationalism, but a Black regionalism—not to be apart from America, but stronger within it, through consolidation and concentration” (127). Blow also notes that, statistically, many Black Americans have already begun to migrate from the North to the South in recent years. Blow writes that it is necessary to increase the rate of this migration. He then writes about some of the places in the South that already offer advantages to Black Americans due to the large Black populations there.
