Part 2: Chapters 21-24 Summary
In chapter 21, Johnny meets with the FBI and the local police chief. The men question Johnny about his presence at the rally and the activities that took place. Johnny knows something is wrong since it is unlikely blacking out at a rally is a cause for being questioned by the police. The police chief and the FBI agents think Johnny knows something about Stillson but Johnny says nothing. The agents tell Johnny that they have been watching Stillson, that they know something is dirty about the man. Plus, Johnny is not the only one who has suffered injuries at one of the rallies. Something seems to happen to people who get in Greg Stillson's way.
