Book 3, Pages 122-137 Summary
The Joker prepares for his television appearance. The doctors are convinced that he is no threat, and the only threat is likely to come from Batman. The new commissioner gets police to gather and prepare for a capture of Batman as well as the Joker. The Joker gets his forces together and readies them for his big entrance. As Batman gets on the roof, the commissioner orders her officers to move on him. The Joker makes his appearance on the talk show along side Dr. Wolper. Batman manages to defeat the police on the roof; however, he does not make it into the studio in enough time.
