Widow’s Peak, Copenhagen
This is the flat where Einar and Greta first live in Germany. This is also where Einar realizes that he would rather live life as Lili. It is particularly interesting to note, that the name of the building is Widow's Peak, because, in essence, Greta will be a widow twice.
Brühlsche Terrace
This is the flat that Einar and Greta live in when they move to Paris, France. It has a view of the Elbe river. This is significant because that is the last name that Lili chooses for herself after her surgery. This is also the place where they bring Lili for her last moments in life.
