Summary

In Chapter 45, narrated by Dawn, Dawn watches the news clip of Natalie being arrested over and over. Dawn has been hiding in a motel room in Rhode Island since she faked her death. Dawn sees Caleb when he pulls up outside the hotel and walks toward her room.

In Chapter 46, Dawn opens the door for Caleb and he hands her a bag of food. He grins as he describes Natalie’s arrest.

Caleb shows Dawn the video he got of Natalie being arrested. Dawn comments to him that they made that happen. Caleb grabs Dawn and kisses her as the video continues to play.
