Summary
On Nov. 9 Lorraine receives a phone call from Perceval asking her to meet him in Westhafen. She takes her gun with her to the meeting. When Lorraine arrives at the place where she is to meet Perceval, there is a man already there with him. Lorraine overhears them talking about spies being obsolete. The other man’s face is not shown. Perceval says that with the wall coming down, it is a good time for them to wipe the slate clean. There is only a gun seen when Perceval’s companion tells him that he will not tell anyone their secrets if Perceval will not tell them. Lorraine stands over Perceval’s body and comments that he did not deserve to die.
