Summary

Chapter 6 is all about conclusions. Jenny dies and Siri and Jon are sleeping in the same bed now and their marriage seems to be on the mend. Miraculously, Leopold the dog, has begun to behave and is even an enjoyable companion now, though he has grown old and feeble.

Siri has really bad nightmares about her mother and her not doing more for her while she was frail. Siri and Jon still are receiving texts from Amanda, and Irma leaves to go to skiing country shortly after Jenny dies, saying her job is done. In the end Amanda and her husband head to Jon's house to talk out everything and they all attempt to come to some sort of reconciliation.
