Summary

Chapter 4 is all about the family dealing with Milla's disappearance. Milla's disappearance has affected Alma the most, and she has started acting out in school. Alma attacked her teacher and cut off her teacher's hair, which she had been growing for many years. Alma was expelled and had to stay home. The police and a psychologist are assigned to her and Alma was rude to all of them, not fully grasping how serious her situation was.

It is revealed to the reader that Alma has had some quirks since she was little that are almost OCD. Siri, meanwhile, had tried to contact her mother, Jenny, as Alma will only open up to her. Siri was worried about her mother because she hadn't been able to reach her and it seemed like she had started drinking heavily again.
