Chapter 25 Summary

Ashil brings Borlu color copies of the book Mahalia was using as her notebook. Borlu debates with the members of Breach that Orciny can exist in the go-between of the cities, just as Breach operates in its unseen and secret world. During one such debate, Borlu insists that they have to go to the dig. Only Ashil agrees to accompany Borlu there.

Buidze, the head guard, ends up escorting Ashil and Borlu to the storage room, where they lock up the artifacts from the dig. Borlu asks when is the last time Mahalia was responsible for locking it, and Buidze admits it was the night she disappeared.
