Chapter 5 Summary

Adam and Lyric wait with Cameryn until Patrick finally arrives, apologizing for asking her to miss school, but he needs all the help he can get since it has been a long time since he worked a murder case. He knows the victim is young and instructs Cameryn to take pictures from every conceivable angle. Patrick is glad she is with him because she acted like a professional last time and he needs her expertise since she has been reading up on forensics. Patrick warns Cameryn that everything they do will be evidentiary so they will be pressured to do it all correctly. He is glad that she is with him because she has great instincts.
