The Carlisle Residence

Cora’s home, where she lives with Alan, is an oversized mansion in Wichita, Kansas. With their sons, Howard and Earle, off to college, the home has taken on a newfound sense of emptiness. Eventually, Joseph and Greta take up residence in the home, filling it as it was built to be filled.

The Brooks' Residence

The Brooks’ home is a similarly large and lavish home located in Wichita. From the outside, it appears immaculate. Inside, Cora is surprised to find it is in disarray, as Myra has no interest in managing a household or the many children who live in it.

The Kaufmann Farm
