Chapter 33 Summary

Carrie cooks a recipe once a week now from the Julia Child cookbook. The Mouse is having dinner with her family when Mr. Bradshaw mentions George to The Mouse. Suddenly, Maggie comes to the back door and insists Carrie and The Mouse meet her at The Emerald. Maggie tells them when they arrive that Peter broke up with her for Jen P. An older guy starts hitting on Maggie and buying her drinks. Maggie gets drunk and her friends find her in the backseat of her car trying to have sex with the guy. They save Maggie and drive her home.

Chapter 33 Analysis

Carrie is starting to question if her decision to write about what she knows is good. She feels responsible for breaking up Maggie and Peter with her article.
