Chapter 26 Summary

The Mouse honks the horn to pick up Carrie to a show. What Mr. Bradshaw doesn't know is that she's really attending the concert Lali, she and Sebastian has had tickets for since last year. When Carrie meets Sebastian and Lali at the bar, Carrie senses a change in Sebastian and Lali's attitude toward Carrie. Lali and Sebastian say they came to The Emerald last night when Carrie's father hung up on him. Carrie drags Lali to the bathroom and asks if Sebastian is acting weird. Lali says she doesn't sense anything. When they get back to The Mouse and Sebastian, Carrie ask him if anything is wrong because he's acting weird. He says she's acting weird. They end up doing shots and drinking a lot. Carrie ends up singing on stage with the band. The Mouse convinces it's time for her and...
