Summary
In Chapter 33, Ibrahim meets Connie for another session. He asks her about the note found in Heather’s cell. Connie says she thought Heather was afraid of something, but did not know what it was. Connie did not think she was afraid of her. Connie further said killing someone with knitting needles was an ingenious way to kill them. On second thought, she wondered if she should not have gotten the knitting needles for Heather.
In Chapter 34, Elizabeth and Joyce discuss the way in which Pauline answered Elizabeth’s questions. Elizabeth says it sounds like Pauline was trying to either guide them toward something or away from something with her answers.
