Summary
In Chapter 20, Viktor is able to convince a telephone help desk worker to send out a technician to work on his television that day instead of having to wait. Because he is rich, he is used to being able to get what he wants.
Chapter 21 is an entry from Joyce’s diary. Joyce indicates that Heather was killed with knitting needles. The note Heather left suggests that she was murdered. No one knows who killed her.
In Chapter 22, Joanna, Joyce’s daughter, looks over documents from Heather’s court files. She describes to them the workings of basic money laundering. The money was sent to different made-up companies. The trail went cold at that point because Joanna could not access the company financials. They do know that Heather does not receive any of the profits of the money laundering.
