Chapter Twelve (Billy) Summary

At a party one weekend, before Ruby was dating Jackson, she met a guy named Billy, whom she let squeeze her boob through eight layers of toga. He asked for her number and Ruby gave it, but then he never called. Ruby waited by the phone for two weeks, rushing home from school each day to sit and wait, but he never called. Clearly exasperated when she hears this story, Doctor Z says, "It's time to be frank.
