Book 2 Chapter 14 - Chapter 15 Summary
Back at the hotel, Bourne and St. Jacques count the money. It is all there. He tells her that he was forced to kill the man in the car. St. Jacques is afraid as enemies are everywhere. Bourne tells her is going to go to the fashion house, Les Classiques, to investigate the connection with the phone number. He assures St. Jacques no one will expect him to go there, so it will be safe. He enters the store but doesn't know what he is looking for. He pretends to shop for clothes and observes the store. Eventually he identifies a woman who appears to be in charge. He suspects she must be the one who talked to the banker. Bourne poses as a wealthy man interested in making a large purchase.
