Visas

Visas are documents which legally allow non-citizens to have residency for any period of time within the United States. They are contingent upon the visa holder having work. Visas are issued to Arturo, Alma, and Maribel so that they may live in Delaware while Maribel attends school and Arturo works at a mushroom farm in Pennsylvania. Arturo is proud of his visa, and proud to be in America, having done it the legal and right way. When he loses his job to an undocumented worker, he is heartbroken and devastated, and cannot find a new job because of the bad economy.
