Write your own short essay on a delight you observe in your life. Follow Ross' examples as outlined in the book.
Students should write a short piece of creative nonfiction that uses their personal experience to emulate Ross' practice of observing the world and practicing gratitude. Answers should be specific to readers' own personal experiences of the world. The reader may examine any of a number of aspects from their lives, including elements of their daily routine, or special experiences/memories.
