Summary

Chapter 57

Reyna and Piper discuss what their future will be like. Piper is staying in Camp Half Blood and Reyna is going back to Rome. Reyna asks Piper if she can help explain something that Piper's mother, Aphrodite, said to her back at Battery Park. Reyna repeats that Aphrodite had told her that she would not find love where she wanted to, or where she'd hoped, and that no demigod would be able to heal her heart. Unfortunately, Piper can't help her determine what her mother meant by that, but she offers her undying friendship, forever. She also reminds Reyna that even though her ability is to give strength to others, that at some point she must let others do the same for her.
