Summary
In Chapter 67, Lavon called to tell Mikhail that four men with guns had just gone into the restaurant. He warned Mikhail that he needed to get out. As Mikhail heard the gunfire getting closer, he swore to himself that he would not die in the bathroom at the hands of terrorists.
Meanwhile, Carter had borrowed mobile phones and re-established contact with Langley, the FBI, and the White House’s Situation Room. Five targets had been confirmed and hundreds of people were feared dead. Gabriel worried most about Natalie and Mikhail. Carter told him that the FBI was having trouble locating Natalie.
Back at the restaurant, a man came into the bathroom with a gun. Mikhail grabbed it and killed the terrorist. He took the gun, an AR-15 and began working his way through the restaurant, killing the terrorists. When he had killed all...
