Summary

In Chapter 11, Hollis finished her lesson and went to dinner. Jameson greeted her with a kiss on her cheek. She was confused because he said he loved her for her, but there were so many expectations on her behavior. She wondered if she should try to mess up intentionally to get rid of his affection, but then decided that was a crazy thought. Jameson told her she would do fine, then said he had a surprise for her.

In Chapter 12, Jameson blindfolded Hollis and, with the help of Delia and Nora, led her through the castle. He undid the blindfold and Hollis found herself in the Queen’s Chambers. Jameson said he wanted her to sleep there since she would be his queen in a few months. He kissed her and left her with her ladies, who were joyful. Hollis started to cry...
