Summary

In Chapter Three, Zoey wakes Aurora and Bryce up for preschool and gets them ready. She goes to her bus stop after getting them on their bus, and she runs into her friend, Silas, who also lives in the trailer park. He tells her that he and his dad have been hunting for bobcat, but the animals are very hard to catch. Zoey used to hunt with Nate, the father of Aurora and Bryce, and she went to a big town meeting about hunting and gun control with Lenny and Frank the previous year. When their bus arrives, Silas stops talking because he never talks at school since the other kids always make fun of him for being sensitive and crying. Zoey sits down next to Kaylee Vine, who complains that Zoey smells and moves away like always. Zoey looks for her debate...
