Summary

In “The Performance of Her Life,” Detective Grimaldi met with Celine, Pippa, and Arjun in the Mother Superior’s office. He asked them whether they were together during the whole evening at Jacques’. Pippa claimed to be with Celine the whole time except for a brief period, during which time Celine spoke with Bastien. Celine realized that Arjun was there to protect Bastien. Celine said that none of them would have been able to kill Anabel without getting blood on their clothes. After the investigation, Grimaldi told Celine that he and Bastien were friends as children and that she would make a good detective. Celine realized that he was still interrogating her during their conversation. He asked her to call him Michael and warned her to be cautious around Bastien. Then he asked to see her again.
