Summary

In Chapter 18, Coriolanus and Tigris evaluate the tax situation. The amount due is equal to Tigris's salary for the entire year. They have very little left to sell, and Coriolanus accepts that they will have to leave their home. Tigris says they will do nothing until after the Hunger Games. The next day, Coriolanus considers a loan from the Plinths, but cannot lower himself to ask. On camera, Coriolanus makes a point of thanking Lysistrata for her help and generosity the previous day. Later, Reaper cuts down a large piece of the Panem flag. He trades it to Lamina to use as a sunshade for some of her food. Some of the viewers are angry at the disrespect for the flag. Coral, Mizzen, and Tanner attack and kill Lamina. Coral then kills Tanner, though they have worked as allies. Tanner's mentor Domitia says...
