Dr. Katherine Warner

Dr. Katherine Warner is the daughter of Patrick Pierce and Helena Barton. She is told her mother died in a car accident and that her father died in 1986, but she discovers that her mother died in the Spanish Flu epidemic of 1918. Kate survived when Patrick put his wife in one of the Atlanteans hibernation tubes. Kate was unborn inside of her mother and was kept alive inside the tube until 1978 when her mother’s body was removed from the tube. Helena died, but her unborn child lived.

She went on to become a doctor and focused on Autism research. She moved to Jakarta, Indonesia after she lost her baby and had to get away from the memories that San Francisco held. Kate learns that the man who got her pregnant was Dorian Sloane/Dieter Kane and he only did so to revenge himself against her family...
