Point of View

This story is told from the first person point of view of two different narrators; Viola and Todd. Each chapter is noted at the beginning with the name of the character who will narrate that particular chapter. To further differentiate these two points of view, Todd’s narration is in a different font than Viola’s a clear representation of the different voices.

It is important that the novel be narrated by both Viola and Todd in turn because the two spend the majority of the story separated from each other.
