Melania's Bedroom
Melania's bedroom is one of the story's primary settings. For the majority of the narrative, Melania is pictured either in her room or her bathroom, by herself. While in this private space, Melania performs her skin care routine, texts and talks to her husband, has a Pilates session, takes a bath, and considers her party arrangements. In comparison to Melania's demeanor outside her bedroom, while here, she is free to think and feel authentically.
The Living Room
The latter pages of the short story elapse in the living room. Melania greets her husband here when he returns from his long day campaigning and meeting with the R.N.C. Amidst their conversation, Ivanka arrives, threatening the peace Melania has just reestablished. While in the living room together, the three characters discuss Donald's plans to leave the Republican Party.
