Summary

In Chapter 5, Bert and Luca flew to Turin that night on a chartered jet. A car took them to a boutique hotel. Later the next day, Enzo brought both Bert and Luca new expensive clothing. Enzo handed Bert a leather pouch that contained a cell phone and roll of euros and suggested they could tour the city that night.

Later, as Bert and Luca sat on the balcony of their room, Luca put his arms around her. Bert felt as if she had come home. He suggested that they do something fun. She apologized for asking Luca to move out and agreed that perhaps they should consider adoption. After they made love, they dressed to go out.
