Summary

Dr. Shapiro asked for a bagel but the waitress didn’t know what a bagel was. He got an English muffin instead. Sookie worried that she did not have any fond memories of Lenore. Dr. Shapiro encouraged her to think and she finally did have a few: her mother dressed as the Tooth Fairy and leave presents under their pillows for each lost tooth; other students said her mom was the prettiest of all the moms; and she stayed by her bedside whenever she was sick. Sookie started to cry; she felt bad for disappointing her mom. Lenore did not push Buck so hard; she tried to make Sookie more like her.
