Summary

Fritzi and Billy performed for the next five years with their air show. Fritzi got to learn how to improve her stunts from Clyde “Upside Down” Pangborn. Fritzi learned the circus life was hard and there was a lot of drinking. Billy was usually too hungover on Monday mornings, so Fritzi had to fly alone to the next town to put out promotion fliers for their next show. Still, she liked it more than her job at the old pickle factory. Fritzi was billed as a female daredevil. Together, she and Billy developed a daring feat. He would parachute out of the plane while she was dancing on a wing. Viewers panicked because they pictured the wing walker’s certain death. However, Fritzi would climb back into the pilot’s seat and continue performing stunts...
