Summary
Chapter 13: "Cyril Bendel and the Faerie Ring" shifts to an orphaned teen, Cyril. He is invited to a group of laughing dancers by an attractive man. The people yank him around and Cyril feels exhausted within minutes. Suddenly, the man announces himself as Auberon and says he is bored. The dancing stops and he shoves Cyril into an unfamiliar world with buildings made of glass as Cyril realizes he danced with the Fae for decades.
Chapter 14: "With Two Evils'' returns to Joan after a performance of 'measure for measure'. Joan and James walk past the Clink wishing she could do more for the imprisoned debtors. She puts the sack where her mother instructed before the twins meet Rose. As the girls flirt, she feels Ogun's presence and thinks someone is watching her. When Rose mentions the unusual sinking of boats on the Thames...
