Summary
In Chapter 4, Nic DeNinno, a member of the third platoon of Bravo Company, is being treated in the Haven Behavioral War Heroes Hospital in Pueblo, a psychiatric hospital. He was sent there from the WTB because he was talking a good deal about suicide and having drastic mood swings. Finkel discusses the differences between the program Nic is attending and the one to which Tausolo was sent. The programs are different in terms of length of stay, age of existence, and the types of veterans accepted into the program. There is no method for assigning veterans to one program over another. It is done entirely by chance with Nic going to Pueblo because there were no spots open anywhere else.
