Chapters 12 through 19 Summary

In Chapter Twelve, Marklin, Tommy and Stuart arrive back at the Motherhouse to discover that the Superior General has been murdered. Stuart is chosen to fill that position and Marklin is ecstatic though he is careful to hide his feelings. However, Stuart turns the position down and another is chosen. Marklin and Tommy learn that Stuart has been contacted by Yuri and that the two men are planning to meet. Marklin leaves the house with the hope that he'll be able to meet up with Tommy.

In Chapter Thirteen, Ash is established in an apartment in Belgravia when Rowan calls. Ash immediately tells her that Yuri's life is in danger, knowing that she's with Yuri. They make plans to meet.
