Chapter 38, Hooptedoodle (2) , or The Pacific Grove Butterfly Festival Summary

Pacific Grove has had an annual event of Monarch butterflies coming to feed off their pine trees for about a week in the year. After realizing what an attraction this could be the people of Pacific Grove made a festival of this with a Pageant. This year, two days before the pageant, the lead in the pageant, Miss Greaves, lost her voice and to top that off the butterflies didn't come.
