Chapters 43, 42 & 41 Summary

Tender goes to the cemetery to find Trevor Hollis' grave. As he looks for the grave, he collects flowers that have been left at the cemetery. Trevor is supposed to grow flowers in his employers' garden, but he is horrible at gardening. Trevor feels that the flowers at the cemetery are usually the most beautiful. As they are fake, they last forever. Trevor climbs up crypts to gather flowers. He steals the flowers from the cemetery and then plants them in his employers yard. When people ask him what he is doing, he says that he is doing research on the evolution of artificial flowers for his class Nature and Design 456.
