Book 5: Chapter 31-33 Summary

Chapter thirty-one begins with Linda struggling to keep up with Khalid. He had warned her that it was her and Jason's job to keep up with him or else Jason's bomb would explode and it wouldn't be his fault. They come upon one of the radios that Blakely had installed. Following the wires should lead them straight into Alpha Base. Khalid is far ahead and Jason tells Linda that Khalid is going to let him die and if Linda gets a chance she should run and leave Jason. She refuses, but Jason is certain that Khalid means for Jason to die. When they come to the base they find that there is nothing much left standing. Meanwhile Ben, Harry and a couple of mimi'swee hunters are traveling on the contraption that Harry created toward the base and the cliff...
