Summary
In Chapter 64, Lazlo watched the citadel tilt and something fall from it. Lazlo ran toward the chaos in the streets of Weep. Lazlo pressed his hands against the wall of mesarthium and absorbed the power from it. He realized that to fix the upset that the anchor caused the citadel, the angel structure of the citadel must fold its wings. The angel folded its wings and sunlight flooded the city of Weep. Lazlo turned to Rasalas and remade the monster, like he had done in his dream. The people of Weep viewed Lazlo as the second salvation of Weep. Lazlo looked at his skin and realized that it had turned godspawn blue.
In Chapter 65, Lazlo’s identity as a godspawn shocked the people of Weep. Lazlo realized that he could move the citadel to solve their problem. Eril-Fane thanked Lazlo. Then...
