Chapters 16 - 18 Summary

Chapter 16 -Harry leaves the scene of the last murder in a great deal of despair. Just then a man comes by and punches Dresden in the gut several times; the same man who had jumped Dresden the night before. This time, though, the man clips off some of Dresden's hair. Dresden fights the man, one of Marcone's men. Then some good Samaritans break them apart and though Harry claims his wallet has been stolen, his derelict appearance makes them disbelieve him. Harry uses a basic tracking spell with the blood left under his fingernails from the encounter. With that he could find the man who had stolen his hair.

Chapter 17 - The spell takes Dresden to the Varsity, a club owned by Marcone. With his talisman, Harry blows the doors to the club off their hinges and Marcone's quiet order empties...
