Coping With Death
Many of the stories contained in this collection deal with the subject of death. Each one approaches the subject from a different angle. Each story has death as either a driving force or a motivating factor which spurs a character to action, or deals with a life lost and the survivor's methods of coping with the loss and sorrow that follows. In some cases, the death is by way of murder, in some it is suicidal. In yet others, homicide is the method by which death is met. In each case, death is examined and either celebrated or feared, endured or invited. The authors are all different, allowing for a myriad of examples of method, motive and reaction, but the common theme is carried throughout. In each story, life is examined anew, and the survivors find more meaning in theirs as a result, or resign themselves...
