Sessions 15-18 Summary
Annie tells her psychiatrist the reason that she sought therapy again after her first failed attempt was because she saw an infant in the store late one night and briefly thought about kidnapping her. That and her reaction when the child's mother asked if she had kids of her own made her realize she was not handling things on her own very well.
Annie tells her psychiatrist about a fight she had with her mother when she asked her about some pictures taken from her house of her father and sister. During this conversation, Annie asked her mother how she recovered from her grief, expressing a desire to learn how to deal with the grief over the loss of her own child. Annie's mother belittled Annie's grief over the death of her infant daughter and then hung up on her.
