Summary
In Chapter 38, Gil received a message from Ellen asking him to show Anahita the numbers Shah had given her. During dinner Anahita, Gil, Katherine, Zahara, and Boynton discussed ideas about the meanings of the numbers. Zahara suggested they needed to think more like those with Jihadist minds instead of Shah’s mind. She believed the numbers Shah had sent referred to some wound the terrorists had suffered.
In Shah’s house, no significant papers were found, but Lakhani’s body was located in the basement.
